Yes tag and release all that you can. I had a friend that took a pink plastic flamingo with him everywhere he went b/c he traveled alone. He said that it was better that having just the photo....

I am already packing the blubber...it goes with me everywhere! So, lets talk....it's like cool/cold at night on the ship. Do I wear summer casual or winter casual to dinner? There are no dressy nights this trip. Right now it looks like black pants every night. Surely I can wear white pants...screw it, of course I can wear whatever I want!

You should be fine with the white. I'm sure the people in Alaska observe the "when to wear white" fashion rule.

Just the word Alaska makes me want to put on a coat. If you land on a glacier, which I think you are planning on, don't forget warm shoes. Don't want your paws to get cold.
