Teacher looking for 1 bedroom near Seaside

I recently accepted a teaching position at a local middle school and am looking for immediate housing. I have one well trained dog and would like to stay within 20 minutes of Seaside. Please let me know if you have an apartment, condo, or single family home for rent. I would like to stay around $800 for a one bedroom. I would also be open to a 2 bedroom under $1400 where I would get a mature roommate. Please let me know if you have anything available, school starts August 1. Thank you! 🙂
