In a continuing effort to improve our destination, Beach Operations will be closing the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access, restrooms and parking lot from Jan. 26-29 as the Public Works Department begins resurfacing the lot.
The resurfacing project will allow the tram service ample room to drop off and pick up passengers in a safe and effective manner at Ed Walline. This is part of our continuing effort to create an east-to-west transportation program on Highway 30A.
During the closure, visitors are encouraged to use nearby regional beach accesses, including Gulfview Heights, Fort Panic and Dune Allen.
