But since this is something that has been identified as a major risk factor and is something other states have successfully banned, it would logically follow that Florida should also ban it. :roll:

Well, South Florida Rep. Ellyn Bogdanoff (R-Fort Lauderdale) killed the bill today for that reason.
"There are a number of things people do in their car that is distracting," she said. "The question is how do we treat these distractions?"
