The Daisy Girl Scouts LOVE Brad Pickel!!!

Today's Daisy Girl Scout meeting was held at the South Walton Tourist Development Council office. Brad Pickel and Tiffany (I don't know her last name :blush: ) were AWESOME!!! The girls learned about beach safety, our beautiful sand and how it got here, and keeping our beaches clean.

AND- they each received a goody bag- just like in Hollywood! These lucky girls went home with a Beaches of South Walton frisbee, t-shirt, coloring book, placemat, tattoo, and a coozie for the parents!!

These girls challenged Brad- since they are ages 5 and 6, the questions and comments were often completely off-topic. However, he was up to the task and handled them well, even when he was told that big waves in SoWal are caused by volcanoes.:floor:

It was great!!! I thought that they covered every disaster that could happen before they said hurricane!!!:floor: :floor: Brad and Tiffany were da bomb!! Thanks so much....the girls loved it. :clap_1: :clap_1: :clap_1: :clap_1:

I saw one of those cute Daisy's in the grocery store this afternoon. She was loaded with a big smile and plenty of awards badges.

Pardon me jdarg but I don't recall your little daisy calling to ask ME to buy any Girl scout cookies. You know, just because you left us doesn't mean your old neighbors don't eat cookies!:nono1: BTW, Gabbi is bummed that she won't get to see Will this summer.

You've been with jdarg for long enough now to know ALL you need to know about my dear ol' ex-neighbor. Has she shown you the ashes from all the pets she has had cremated over the years? There must be 9 or 10 little urns in her kitchen cabinet by now.

And the TDC loved the Daisies, especially those questions and the numerous stories that started with "My dad....". I did tell them that a human head weighs 8 pounds to try and relate 😀 :rolling:

By the way, I have shared the cookies with Tiffany (McCaskill), and we would be happy to talk to more Girl Scout groups.

Chick Magnet has a confidence issue.:floor: If you see a bald headed guy walking around Grayton wearing a t-shirt that actually reads "Chick Magnet"- if you give him beer he will probably tell stories about me.:blush:
But I miss him and his wonderful family.:wub:

And BTW- I only have 3 urns- Kimo, Maisie, and Tonces. So there.
