Enjoy a specially curated four-course dinner menu with beer pairings, presented by The Gathering Spot and Grayton Beer Co. In addition to enjoying a delicious array of dishes, guests will have the opportunity to sample and learn about distinct beer pairings over the course of the evening, including a pre-dinner beer and tasting lesson. A Grayton Beer Co. representative will lead guests through the distinct pairings, sharing insights on how to taste beer and how to best pair different types of beers with different types of foods – all while enjoying live music by Weston Hine. - Course 2: Spring Mix Salad with Caramelized Onions, Bacon Lardon, Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, Goat Cheese Crumbles, Orange Supremes, & 30A Beach Blonde Ale Vinaigrette – paired with 30A Beach Blonde Ale
- Course 3: Grilled Jumbo Shrimp & Tenderloin with 30A IPA Peppered Cream Sauce, Steamed Broccoli, and Steak Fries – paired with 30A IPA
- Course 4: Chocolate 1890 Founder’s Ale Cake with Butterscotch Meringue & Buttery Black Walnut Beer Brittle – paired with 1890 Founders Amber Ale
