I think the song "The First Kiss is Free" would be perfect to listen to on the beach at SoWal with the sun going down, your sweetheart by your side, and a glass of wine in your hand. It's really lovely.

I wish........picked this music up from a neighbor...have been listening all this week on the Ipod...just wanted to share because I love it.

Just googled the Iguanas...they've got a concert schedule on their website among other things

They make it as far east as Pensacola on occasion.

And thanks for reminding me of the band. I've always wanted to track down a recording of 'Boom Boom Boom' ever since it was used in a Homicide:Life on the Street episode a while back, and that song is on the live album they've got out.

I'm an Igs fan from WAY back. "Plastic Silver 9 Volt Heart" is one of my favorite albums ever. GREAT beach music.

I wonder if they are still in New Orleans, or if they are displaced like 90 percent of the other NOLA musicians?
