I have a home that will become available for long term rental on October 1, 2011. It is in SRB, south of 30A and is steps away from the community pool. It is a two story home, reverse floor plan and can be rented either furnished or unfurnished.
There is no yard work (included in HOA dues) and is located in a small community with no through traffic so it would be very safe for children.

I year lease, non-smoking home, pets negotiable, $1800 month, utilities not included.
