FEBRUARY 22 FOR ITS THIRD SEASON

If you haven't heard about our listening room experience at Stinky's Bait Shack, you must be out fishing.

Tim Jackson procures amazing talent for a listening room performance every Wednesday and Thursday, starting February 22, from 7 to 9 pm.

Jackson has tirelessly nurtured relationships with singer songwriters from all over the world and brings them to Stinky's Bait Shack for an intimate performance like no other.

The Bait Shack experience is the talk of the music scene, with songwriters lining up to play at The funky little Bait Shack on 30A with Tim Jackson at the helm for the Storytellers Tour.

In its third season, Tim Jackson's Storytellers Tour is every Wednesday and Thursday night from 7 - 9PM at Stinky's Bait Shack.

Some folks have had us on their recordings, several of which might be some of your favorite performers & others whom are not familiar to the mainstream. Most of our songs are self-penned but we've written songs with beautifully gifted songwriters, shared stages with some of our heroes, had songs in movies & on soundtracks, our voices on commercials & TV, played in juke joints, stages big & small, honky tonks, at festivals, writers' rounds, happy hours, & even busking on the streets.

TIFFANY POLLACK got her start performing with New Orleans music royalty, the drummer Russell Batiste, after happening to rent an apartment to him and his then-wife Rita on Tchoupitoulas Street. Released in 2019 and recorded at the Music Shed in New Orleans, her album “Blues In My Blood,” turned heads across the blues world and was awarded Best Blues/Rock Album and Best Female Vocalist at the Global Music Awards; Best Blues Song (“Blues In My Blood”) at the Independent Music Awards; and Best Story Song (“Michael”) at the American Songwriting Competition.

DAVIN McCOY was a 2023 30A Songwriters favorite- having just released his new album 'Whiskey Sexy'. “Sometimes I feel completely disingenuous, the one place I have never felt that way is in music."

ABOUT SUMMERLYN POWERS:
Starting her career at 11 years old with the state-wide hit “Alabama Kinda Girl” the accompanying music video features country legend Pam Tillis and boasts 30k views on Youtube. Tillis has been a musical mentor to Powers and is quoted saying Powers has a “unique musical footprint”.Along with playing many songwriter’s festivals nationally, Powers was recently featured in Belmont’s competitive Showcase Series, and was selected for an exclusive SONY Publishing All Access Interview.

ABOUT DONNIE SUNDAL:
Donnie Sundal Bio In an ever-changing and diverse environment such as the music industry, Donnie’s career has been as unique and eclectic as the immense portfolio of songs he has written, performed & produced. Providing audiences with a voice and sound that is soulful, funky and always on point, Sundal creates an infectious blend of energy and enthusiasm that is easily spread throughout the stage and audience regardless of the venue. After attending Berklee College of Music, Donnie immediately began touring throughout the U.S. and Canada - eventually settling in Destin, Fla., where he opened Neptone Recording Studio; a full-service music recording facility. Upon the establishment of Neptone, Sundal began his collaboration, Boukou Groove, w/New Orleans guitar luminary Derwin “Big D” Perkins. While on tour, sharing stages with the likes of Sam Bush, John “JoJo” Hermann & Junior Marvin of The Wailers, Donnie caught the ear of Moog Music in 2010, toured Japan 2014 w/Boukou Groove.

ABOUT AUSTIN MOODY:
Although it was his father’s love of bluegrass that sparked Austin’s passion for music, it was his mother who supported and fueled that passion. “My mom gave me the belief in myself” explains Austin. “She often told me if you’re gonna dream, dream big and make it happen. She removed the word ‘can’t’ from my vocabulary.” Shortly after moving to Music City, Moody met award winning songwriter D Vincent Williams. Williams took Austin under his wing and began working on developing his songwriting skills and serving as an advisor. “I don’t know where I’d be without D’s guidance” stated Austin. “He has saved me from a lot of career missteps. I couldn’t be more grateful.” Williams is equally enamored. “All you have to do is hear his voice once to know he has a chance to be special. After you meet him it’s hard to decide which is more impressive…his undeniable ability and charisma or his character. He is a great talent and a fine young man who is mature well beyond his years.”
