After renting our home for 10 years we decided to take advantage of the great area and beaches and move here full time. Upon my arrival after being away for 2 weeks we arrived to find that my gas grill is missing! WTF Over are things that bad? What in the wild wild world of sports is going on?

Sorry about that. Apparently someone needed it more than you did. Any two year old grille in this area unless it was inside of a garage is likely to be showing some age. Perhaps one of the renters?
Glad to see someone moving into the area versus the mass exodus that's been going on.

Our new grill was badly rusted after only 6 months. Parts already have to be replaced.

It's not so much the grill but in the fact that in ten years of renting I never had a guest take anything - so now I have to keep an eye out for non rentors? I guess I should have chained it to the tree??

Sorry to hear they stole your grill - outside/unlocked stuff has been disappearing lately. It sucks. They stole stuff from my yard too.
Let the Sheriff know - doubt you'll get it back, but it's good for them to be able to track where incidents are occurring.

Let me tell ya! For years we could leave our motors on our boats, our houses unlocked, and our shoes at walkovers without any concern. It is a real hassle to have to lock everything up nowadays. Try to be a "forward looking" person but there are so many things I miss from the old days of the Redneck Riviera.

You admitting it's that bad? Just need to balance it with some conservative salt air before everything rusts up. Not everything liberal ruins stuff.
