Mango, great site!! I guess my absolute favorite part of New England was whale watching! It's etched in my memory forever! I have quite a few pics that look quite similar to some of these. Thanks for the trip down memory lane! π

Welcome π I have seen a right whale with a calf once !- but I never saw any finback whales. Plenty of minke, humpbacks- seen Echo a few times and 2 male whales traveling together- which is rare- and we couldn't figure that one out, but hey they are in P-Town
No matter how many times we go, they still awe us and we have been going every year for the past 10 years at least. Want to do the Alaska cruise. Missed it last year when my hubby's family went together.
Maybe Miss Kitty canhide a stowaway? π

We go right after Labor Day. Kids are back in school- and its still warm enough. You should bring sweatshirt, or windbreaker, socks and sunscreen
for the boat though. It can get chilly out there. We usually bring a tote bag with us. We usually do the morning cruise, and stop and get breakfast sandwiches right at the Wharf across the street from the whale watch ticket offices. Forgot the name of the place- but they have fresh croissants and other yummies.
