I started the post - but not b/c of an axe to grind. I thought the accident was horribly tragic. 

Blood tests have shown that neither party was drinking and driving. 

My heart goes out to all the families involved in the case. Especially the young children who lost their father. 

I hope the case is resolved quickly for their sakes.

The stuff they are posting on Topix is probably the problem.  Those people do seem to have an axe to grind.

The stuff they are posting on Topix is probably the problem. Those people do seem to have an axe to grind.
