Tonight I was walking our dog in Summer's Edge. I saw a truck down Eastern Lake Road with yellow flashing lights going up and down every street. Was that the insect-control spraying? Afraid that it was, I immediately went inside.
If it was spraying chemicals for insect or whatever control, how long should I wait for me and our dog to walk in the grass? I really can't think of another reason for a truck woth yellow flashing lights to be going up and down every street, not just in this subdivision, but on May Street, Brown Street, Gulf Drive, etc.

It appears you would rather have a West Nile Virus epidemic or other mosquito borne maladies.

I can hear the truck coming several blocks away so I usually put the boots on the dogs long before the truck comes around.

OMG I remember how noxious the fumes were from the poison trucks when we lived in Gainesville.
