[B]Saturday, October 7[/B] (7-9PM) Tunes by the Dunes Concert. Because of the overwhelming response to last year?s concert, and our community?s continued desire to help those in need, the Rosemary Beach Foundation is happy to announce the 2nd annual Tunes By The Dunes concert! And just like last year, it promises to be an unforgettable night of music with Grammy-winner Kim Carnes plus some of the most talented musicians and songwriters in the business including Jeffrey Steele, Big Al Anderson, Greg Barnhill and more! The Rosemary Beach Foundation has selected the Children?s Volunteer Health Network (childrensvolunteerhealthnetwork.org) as the primary beneficiary of this fundraising event. This organization facilitates free medical, dental and mental health services to uninsured children in Walton county. It?s estimated that 60% of working families in our area do not have health insurance and at least 30% of Walton county children are uninsured. Through the C.V.H.N, a network of physicians, dentists and healthcare providers give their services at no charge to the children. These providers are supported by the efforts of community volunteers, in-house volunteer case management staff and cooperation of the area schools.
