Hi Andi,
I have a 35" Apex TV and stand that I'd like to sell for $275 cash. The TV is about 3 1/2 years old and I paid around $600 for both.
It is in good condition, I have the remote and instruction manual. I just don't watch TV anymore.
It is a few inches smaller than you requested. Let me know if you are interested and I can email photos to you.
Thanks!
