Dear Habitat for Humanity Supporter, We are sad to share that our ReStore flooded this week during Hurricane Sally. There were 19 inches of standing water throughout our entire store and property. Unfortunately, all of our inventory was destroyed and there is extensive clean up work to be done in the building and throughout the entire property. We need YOUR help getting to a point where we can be operational again! Thanks to Disposal Services, and an awesome group of volunteers, we were able to fill three dumpsters with our destroyed inventory today. There is still a lot of work to be done! PLEASE consider volunteering to help clean up on Saturday, September 19th from 10:00am - 2:00pm. This is a great opportunity for High School Students! We are also in need the following items: Bug spray Water and Gatorade Contractor Grade Trash Bags Gloves Cleaning Supplies Clean towels Printer ink 952 & 910 Paper Products - toilet paper, paper towels, paper Plastic Tubs Thank you for your continued support! If you have questions about our current needs please call us at (850)660-1681 or email admin@waltoncountyhabitat.org Sincerely, Teresa Imdieke Executive Director Habitat for Humanity of Walton County
