We are seeking a motivated and dependable maintenance technician, to handle our day to day service calls while ensuring that preventative maintenance is implemented for a vacation rental company in Seagrove Beach, FL. Vehicle provided. Must have a valid and clean driving record, general handy man knowledge, and a willingness to be a team player. Non-smoking environment.
Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of maintenance experience. Self-motivated and excellent customer service. Ability to see projects through to completion. Availability on weekends and some holidays. Compensation is based on experience.
This is full time year round position.
