IMHO being someone's valentine can mean all sorts of things...a good friend is what I see this Valentine thread as.

When I was growing up and now for my kids, when you ask someone to be your valentine , it's kind of a going together boyfriend/girlfriend thing.
On Sowal, we have some boys,girls, and married peeps participating so we're just exchanging handmade cards with our friends. No true love connection here.
