I'm taking Amore' (Mr. Olive) to Vegas for 4 days the first week of October. Any restaurant or sightseeing recommendations?

He is 6 ft.2 about 220#, a weightlifter. Short brown hair,blue eyes and slight moustache. He is working as an electrician for my cousin. He moved out there over Labor day weekend. A good kid and likes to have fun.

I ma leaving for Vegas on Wednesday the 18th for a long weekend. Spending some quality time with my son. We will golf a couple of times and do the strip a few times. Might even take a horseback trip up into Redrock Canyon.
