Thanks.  It looks like it.  If you look at the absoption rate it fits.  In the past 6 months the market has absorbed 8 of the 11 homes priced at $220,000 or below.  I like those odds.  :biggrin:

This home is very close to being "snapped up" by someone.  The offer is at the bank and we should be days away from acceptance.  If you want in the deal the banks will keep on looking right up to acceptance!  I can not wait to post what this one sells for!  A Steal!

This home is short sale approved.  Paperwork is in title lawyers hand and we are ready to close.  Pay $219,700 or $226,000 and bank will pay 3% towards closing cost.  Very hard deal to beat!  Next Sowal deal to sell.  Every home I have had guts enough to put on here has sold.  Could this be next?
