The Walton County Public Library System is thrilled to unveil Words on Wheels, their new bookmobile, during a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, March 21 at 1:00 pm at the Freeport Public Library.
Words on Wheels was provided to Walton County by the Friends of the Freeport Public Library through grant funding from The St. Joe Community Foundation, Inc.
It will make regular stops throughout the county to allow patrons to check out materials, as well as attend events to promote library services. The growing schedule of stops will be announced in the coming weeks and will be listed on the library’s online calendar at WaltonLibraries.com.
To request a stop in your neighborhood, email Library Outreach Coordinator, Morgan Strickland, at StrMorgan@co.walton.fl.us.
