Want LTR on $1.5 to $3 Million house-OK if it is listed for sale

Family of 4 currently lives on 30-A in Seacrest looking for a larger home to rent. Must have garage and at least 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 3000 SF or larger. We have perfect credit and are looking to rent a luxurious home. Willing to rent a home that is on the market for sale and move back out if it is sold.
