Hello! My husband and I are moving to 30A this summer. We have purchased a home that needs rennovations. Construction will start in MID-AUGUST through MAR,APR,MAY depending on construction timeline (TBD). We are looking to rent a 3+ Bedroom home on 30A. Max budget $6K/mo All-in. Would prefer a furnished house with a fenced backyard. We have two dogs. Both adult and housebroken ages 13 and 7. They are NOT allowed on furniture and they are regulary groomed.
