I have a furnished room in Point Washington, on the water in a beautiful home with a fire pit and gardens and great neighbors. I'm looking to rent for January. $600 would be perfect. 850-419-4384. I am four miles from Seaside, and there's a bike path from my house to 395 and 30A. It's gorgeous, this is the best neighborhood in Walton County.
