Married 30 something hospitality professionals relocating back home after living in Nashville. Looking to rent on or close to 30A. We are moving home at the end of January. We have small Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that are vaccinated, neutered, and completely house broken. We are trying to find an unfurnished 2/3 bedroom home with either a 6 month/1 year lease. Fenced in back yard would be amazing, but beggars can't be choosers :cool:.

There is no fence but there is a enclosed patio for the dogs to lay and sun. The townhome also has a nice view of the lake. Community pool and beach access.
