Watching The Big Game Tonight?

Drat - I wish I could get local broadcast of CBS on my tv (not signed up for cable or satellite tv here in Destin) so I could watch the LSU/FL game. I usually don't watch much football or tv for that matter but I just bet this will be a good game. As a tiger fan I will have to say that if I were to bet, I would bet on FL (shhhhh)

Have fun if you are going to watch!

You can always go 'theater of the mind' route and tune in on the radio. I believe Florida games are broadcast on 98.1FM here, or you can be really old school and catch WWL 870 AM radio waves bouncing over the gulf straight out of south Louisiana:cool:

FBB is watching the Ga Tech FSU game. I just got off the phone with Mermy, we had a 2 quarter conversation, and now I'm going to bed. I am not unhappy about my evening in the least.

I guess someone will tell me who won what in the a.m.

Thanks! I just watched first half over at the apartment gym and sadly LSU is behind. Did you see Cooper pulling on the jersey prior to FL td??

I think I will listen to the radio now. Excellent suggestion.

I believe there is live streaming online too but haven't found link.

COME ON TIGERS!!

Well, that was not much of a game lol. Tigers didn't even score! BUT since I am a new resident of FL I was happy that if they lost it was at to FL.

Note on how to blend in - most of us who are natives of SoWal are not happy when UF wins. But then again, things are not exactly going our way lately (unless you are a Bama fan, which is the other major following in Walton County) so do whatever makes you happy.

I wish that I had seen this sooner. CBS sports online are doing live broadcast of SEC football games this fall. I don't get CBS either (feud between CBS and Dishnetwork) but watched the game via laptop/hdmi/flat screen. Wasn't perfect but still enjoyable.

I asked the BF of GF how his party in Tallahassee was because GF told me he was just at a party of frat brothers and some he hadn't seen for I don't remember how many years.

OMG - he started speaking Swahili! He was talking about losing and how sorry 'he' is. I was completely baffled! Then, I glazed over and got a silly grin when he said, "We have to lose more games so we can get rid of him." The coach maybe?

That was one wierd conversation~~~~~~

I enjoy a fun game, but I do not keep up with any of it......at all.
