Inspired by the beach in everything from its menu to its decor and laid-back vibe, the WaterColor Grill is family-friendly and now open to the public for dinner after 5 PM.
This high-quality restaurant previously available only to WaterColor homeowners and guests of the WaterColor Inn will now be available to the general public for dining after 5 PM. (The pools and beach walkover will remain restricted access.)
With a distinct coastal atmosphere that reflects the Southern beach vernacular of the WaterColor community, WaterColor Grill’s all day menu features beachside favorites like Baja Tacos, Gulf Shrimp Ceviche and Chicken Finger Baskets, while the Sunset hour menu adds an Italian flair with items like the Penne ala Vodka with grilled shrimp, a Mixed Grill Platter, and Cioppino Stew.
The signature dining destination of WaterColor Beach Club, the WaterColor Grill offers amazing views overlooking the white sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the adjacent Grayton Beach State Park.
