I just listed an older mobile home near Black Creek that appears to be the lowest priced home in Freeport on the MLS as of this posting at $49,900. The home is 2 BR and 1 BA and is a short distance from the boat launch at the end of Black Creek Lodge Road. This would get someone within 15 minutes of the beach or make a nice rental.
