I read the trail between Origins and Conservation Park is closed. Is that right, or is it open? TIA.

We rode bikes in Conservation Park this afternoon. The WATERSOUND trail sign is still there. But the trail is only about 12 in. wide...definitely not bike-able. Too bad because that was always a decent dirt road/ trail from Walton County to Conservation Park and then you could connect into Gayle's Trails in PCB. Maybe some day it will reappear as a usable trail.

A lot of Nimbys moved into Origins which may have contributed to not maintaining the trail.

Thanks for the info. Maybe it will eventually be re-routed and continue along the north side of Watersound to the future western boundary. Maybe beyond to SoWal sports facility would be cool. Or even Further.
