We are here, we have jobs, we have money, all we need is a place to call home.

We just relocated from Ohio on the first of the year.
We take full responsibility for the cold following us down here and we're very sorry.

We are both employed along the 30A and would like to be close to work. We're a married couple, no kids, no pets, and we have great previous rental references.

- We are flexible on the price depending on the space and location. We don't mind a small efficiency all the way up to 3 bedroom if the space is right for us.
- Walking/bike distance to the beach is preferable.
- We need parking to be available for 2 vehicles at all times.
- Furnished would be nice.
- We would like to have at least a year long lease.
- Basically we need a beach dream house/cottage/bungalow/apartment/condo!

We are able to move in on or before March 1st and we'd love to hear from you!
