we got up, had breakfast at another broken egg in grayton, then went to shrimpers and got the parents shrimp and oysters. headed out about 9-ish, did well until nashville, where we moved at a crawl all the way thru town. we ate supper at a ruby tuesdays in elizabethtown, ky, then drove on home. made decent time today. we got home, my rain gauge had over 5 inches of rain in it, and when i stepped off the back deck, i sank up almost to my ankles in the bog - i mean yard. welcome home to indiana ! and more rain tonight and maybe sunday... woo hoo. can't wait to go get dory in the morning. well, time for nighty night now - talk to ya friday friends !

Glad you made it home safely...rested and tanned. 😀 Nashville can be a b---- at the wrong time...hats off to those who drive there daily.

I hope the rain lets up for you...how many days has that been going on? You guys up there are going to have crazy people with sun depravation if it does not let up soon....:confused: Be careful that someone does not jump on you for having a TAN!!!!😱 ...put on some white out....quick....:rolling:

I am going crazy!! I think after tomorrow we should be fine, 71 and sunny. It's been about a week or so of rain and clouds every day. It's looking up though! The forcast shows lots of suns in the days ahead.

But you have to feel better knowing that it's coming. At least you'll have one good weekend day! I'm so happy we won't have to sit out in the rain to watch another lacrosse game.

i know what ya mean - my own mother was getting on me about my tan - the sun is actually out today and it is 62 now. perfect for opening the windows and airing this place out.

she will not stray more than 2 feet from mr audie - she was sooooo happy to see him. i got one doggy kiss and then it was like ok, go get me some water - where's daddy ?
