If Giuliani was helping Trump commit illegal acts, then attorney-client privilege goes right out the window.I’m curious if Giuliani was stupid enough not to have some type of retainer agreement with trump as proof he was working on his behalf. We must remember tho, in the perfect phone call Giuliani was referred to as one the people the Ukrainians needed to contact.
