After a couple of weeks that included kids out for spring break, husband making a sudden career change, filing taxes, just plain ole stuff....I'm ready to go out and play. Anyone want to join?

There is a 5k tomorrow at Topsail and I am venturing to Ft. Walton for the official grand opening of Run With It, a friend's newly relocated running store if anyone is interested. www.runwithitfl.com Saturday 12 to 3pm Food & Brew. Really great people who would fit right in to our sowal niche.

Anybody hitting the kayaks this weekend?:idontno: cookout? Grayton?

Yes - going to the beach, hiking, biking, and brunch at Hibiscus on Sunday.

The Run With It folks recently fitted someone we know with the best-fitting pair of running shoes she's ever had - and solved a pronation problem in the process. :clap: to Run With It, an awesome locally owned business that deserves our support!

Jeff and Donna are salt of the earth. They owned a cool little restaurant in Bham across from the TrakShak. Jeff decided to start running again with the Wednesday night group, turns out he hadn't lost a step...he's FAST! When I moved he mentioned that they would love to move back to the beach, next thing I know, Run With It was born in Navarre then moved to Ft. Walton. I love to see good people living their dream.
They are doing group runs on Tuesday night if anyone is interested maybe we could start a carpool over.
