what should i do ?

i am in a quandry - my mom is doing a muscular dystrophy fundraiser thing where they come to your work and "arrest" you and take you to "jail" at the country club and you have to call people to get them to pledge donations and once you raise a certain amount you have reached your bail and can leave. she asked me yesterday to sponsor her and i said i would.

weeeellllll - my dad asked last night how much i pledged to get mom out, i said she asked for $20. he said he would give me $50 to leave her there so she didn't come home

what's a daughter to do ?
