Where are the bargains in SoWal? We would love to buy a home in Gulf Place but I have not seen any price movement in there. Of course, keep in mind I don't have the ready means to track sales but that is the impression when I look at homes for sale. Sellers seem to be asking the same price as they were a year ago. We had decided on Destiny but want to understand the market better before making a final decision. We plan to live half the year in SoWal and the other half in Atlanta, at least until we are sure we like living down there. We want a home with an a garage and a lot large enough for a pool. Not interested in a cottage style home. Are there any other neighborhoods with homes similar to Gulf Place off 30-A? Thanks. :D
