Bacchanalia in ATL has the best I've ever had, without question, multiple times.
Second choice: Caf? Thirty-A.

Haven't tried the ones at Red Bar. Of all those I've tried, the ones at the two restaurants I mentioned are the best. At Bacchanalia, the sweet-and-sour taste with the citrus slices is divine; at Thirty-A I like the mustard sauce.

My husband and MIL are not seafood eaters and even they liked the ones at the Red Bar (and I liked them so much I had them as an appetizer and still ordered them for dinner!)
