Where should ChefEd take me for dinner?

I like fresh, lots of scantly cooked veggies, fresh seafood, lightly sauced, if at all. No pasta please. I love to make a meal out of trying different amazingly flavorful appetizers. Flavor combinations that make me say, OH MY GOD!!!! Great atmosphere where you might want to chat with a neighboring group but not be elbow to elbow.
