i have to get up - in the afternoon, not morning - to go to work to feed my addiction i have to buying stuff for my niece and nephew....
used to be i got up to see dory.... since mr audie isn't home when i get up.

i just watched this entire video - my reasons still stand. i get up to fund my addiction for buying kids clothes. that's what makes me happy.

I watched the video to the end and all the more reason to be reminded of how incredibly rushed I am every single day, from the moment I open my eyes to the moment I fall asleep at night, exhausted. The video was a "gentle awakening" of what's nice about waking up each day. You missed out if you didn't watch it.

I used to love to get up to be a mom to my kids, but they are grown. I now love waking up to the life that I have created. I enjoy my work and I have yet to get tired of it! Every day is a wonderful, beautiful challenge of my own making.

This morning I woke up to the sweet sound of a dimpled boy. Just being happy he was awake, the sun was shining and the promise of the day to come. There were scrambled eggs, grandparents that thought every little thing he did was either cute, funny or, perfect. Corners, nooks, and crannys to explore. This crawling thing was new. Naps to take and new adventures to be discussed.
This morning was new, and perfect. Tomorrow, is the promise of a new adventure and so much to hear, see, touch, and learn. Tomorrow, is so worth waking up for. ;-)

my sis took my nephew to see santa today at a "festival of the trees" and he told santa he wanted a spongebob toy, a tractor with a blade, and for aunt ardra to come and see him soon......
