Why is this so funny to me?

Its pretty funny when something stop, falls down while in a full run and doesnt get hurt. When I watched it without sound the first time I thought the animals were dropping dead when the guy got near them. I was wondering what was wrong with the farmer.

I have seen these goats before. It happens to me after a few to many shots of tekillya!!!!!!!
