Yes!! She will love Legands (I think :shock: ). I've heard the bar upstairs and the bar downstairs of Tootsies play Sweet Home Alabama at the same time. It was ooc.

This IS good news. Have funn with her Whitey girl. Try not to wear out her plastic while shopping.

She says she is leaving at 8 am which means 9:30-10:00 am. So, she should be here around 5-7 pm.

I hope she brings sparkly outfits too. She'll be so much funn to take to the honkey tonk bars. They may even think she is a big time country music celeb.

apparently she and my mom run on the same time. if we have to be somewhere, we tell mom an hour or so earlier, and pray she's only an hour late....

You should take your Mom to either Germantown Cafe or Margot's. They are two of my favorites.

Yes, I like sequins, beads, feathers and things that sparkle - not neccessarily in that order. I like sparlky shoes, "jewry", and countertops!!

We will have funn - Bets and I are going shoe shopping somewhere when we first get into town - can't remember the name of it. and Kristen was telling us where the little boutiques are - somewhere near where you live!!!

And Whitster, we ARE leaving at 8:00 am - so there!!! :lol:

Breakfast:
Pancake Pantry (Hillsboro Village)
Bread and Co. (Green Hills)
Noshville (Green Hills and B'way locations)

Lunch:
Bistro 215 (Green Hills)
Blackstone Brewery (West End - the Fish & Chips are great and the ribs are the best - but I'd only order them at dinner so they could soak in the Porter for a few more hours)
Broadway Brewhouse/MoJo Grill (Upper and Lower B'way locations)

Dinner:
Watermark (in the Gulch - really nice - the chef used to work at Cafe 30a and Fish Out of Water, I believe. He's a product of Frank Stitt's restraurants in B'ham)
Radius 10 (also in the Gulch - actually, maybe it has that chef with the 30A roots)
F Scotts (Green Hills - also really nice - I'm pretty sure everything on the menu is half price after 9pm)
Margot (East Nashville)

Those are some of my favorites. Of course, on Saturday you could always buy a couple of tickets to the Music City Brewers' Festival (In the park behind the Downtown Hilton), and stagger over to the Honky Tonks after drinking good beer for a few hours.

So much to see and do - and so little time.
