:wub:I am honored. But it's not totally original- friends told me about "church" when we moved here.

Oh it's off season! Red Bar better get back open quick- I am a bit unchurched these days.

Congrats former Louisvillian from current L'ville. Does the Red Bar go on holiday for awhile until the holidays? Or just shorter hours? I know they quit serving breakfast. (That's alright, we have a liquid brkfst, their bloody mary:-)
It's funny, we never go to church, but I discovered that two people I worked with here in the ville at KFC HQ R&D, lived in SoWal and went to the Seaside church. Then events caused them to move. We've been to their new location a couple of times, but not as often as we went to the Seaside chapel.
See you guys after Xmas. I hope that the 4th time is the charm; that I won't be wearing earmuffs and long winter coat! We're making it a shorter visit this time; just 4 nites. Actually coming back home before NYE. Just need a mid year taste before we return in June.

Red Bar is usually only closed Christmas Day but are closed now for a little while for repairs. Oli said they'd be open Saturday.

Some of these made me laugh out loud!

"You wrote a letter to Robert Davis in the 80s concerned about his tin roof "shacks" in Seaside negatively affecting your property value."

"You got a check from BP and paid for your sex change operation."

Can't guarantee all of them but I happen to know both of those are true!
