Youth sized walker (or one that can adjust to a person 5')

I am hoping there are some walkers hanging around in garages in SoWal. Must be light, small (for someone of 5') have 2 wheels, no additional accessories. Need this for my mother who just lost the ability to control her left leg, and cannot walk without one.
