Dune Allen Regional Access

Right across from Stinky’s Fish Camp Restaurant is the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access on Scenic 30A. The Dune Allen Regional Beach Access has restrooms, parking and a lifeguard station. The 1.51 acre property has 220 feet of beachfront and was purchased for $7.4 million in 2016. There will be two more regional beach accesses to be constructed and completed in Miramar Beach and Seagrove Beach in 2020. This will bring the total number of regional beach access points from eight to 11 in South Walton. Since August 2016, the TDC has purchased seven beachfront parcels for a total of 748 feet of beachfront to be used as three new regional access points.
