New At Grand Boulevard: Bands on the BLVD and Big BLVD Bash

Grand Boulevard in Miramar Beach is making Grand Park the center of summer on the coast. Beginning May 21, two free weekly entertainment series, the returning Bands on the BLVD and the all-new Big BLVD Bash, will bring live music and DJ dance parties to the heart of Miramar Beach every week through early July. 

Bands on the BLVD, Grand Boulevard’s beloved outdoor concert series, returns for its summer run with seven Thursday evening performances in Grand Park. Running 6–8 p.m. from May 21 through July 2, the series showcases a diverse lineup of local and regional talent — from soul and R&B to genre-bending acts that reflect the energy of a summer night on the Boulevard. Admission is free and open to the public.

• America Salutes | A Musical Celebration of 250 Years of Freedom, Presented by Emerald Coast Theater Company – July 2

The series closes with a special celebration, America Salutes – A Musical Celebration of 250 Years of Freedom, presented by Emerald Coast Theater Company, on July 2, just in time for Independence Day weekend.

Joining the lineup for the first time is the Big BLVD Bash, an open-air DJ dance party series coming to Grand Park every Tuesday evening beginning May 26. Hosted by the Emerald Coast Theater Company, the Bash brings high-energy music, movement, and a family-friendly atmosphere to the Boulevard’s summer programming. Whether guests arrive early for dinner or linger after a day of shopping, the Bash is designed to turn a weeknight into something worth staying for. Start time 6 p.m.  Admission is free and open to the public.

“This summer, Grand Boulevard is the place to be,” said Jenny Taylor, general manager of Grand Boulevard. “Bands on the BLVD has become a community staple, and we’re excited to build on that with the Big BLVD Bash, a brand-new experience that brings even more energy and fun to Grand Park. Two nights a week, all summer long, there’s something here for everyone.”

Guests are invited to grab dinner or drinks from one of Grand Boulevard’s restaurants, spread a blanket in Grand Park, and let the evening unfold. No tickets. No cover. Just good music and great company.
