I actually bought dry aged ribeyes, shoved some chopped garlic in them and brushed grapeseed oil with freshly ground pepper, then coated in pecans chopped in the food processor. In the hot skillet (butter and garlic in skillet) to sear quickly on all sides, then broil for 2-3 min. on ea. side...
