Wine, Dine, Donate at Taste of The Beach Nov. 1-3

This year's Taste of The Beach Wine Dine Donate festival once again delights South Walton with its three day extravaganza from Nov. 1-3. Events over the first weekend in November include Al Fresco Reserve Tasting at Ruskin Place, Taste of The Beach After Dark in Gulf Place, Seeing Red Wine Festival in Seaside, and Taste of The Beach & Charity Auction at the Hilton in Sandestin. In its sixth year, the festival is one of South Walton's favorite Fall events with people coming from all over the world for exquisite food, wines and events.
 

Here's the schedule of this year's delectable event:

Friday, November 1  Al Fresco Reserve Tasting in Ruskin Place  6-8 p.m., $185 per person  In the picturesque town of Seaside amid the art galleries of Ruskin Place, guests will taste a range of highly allocated and reserve wines, dine on sushi and hors d’oeuvres prepared by noted local restaurateur and chef Jim Shirley, and enjoy live chamber music.

Friday, November 1
Taste of the Beach After Dark in Gulf Place 7pm – 10pm, $50 per person
Guests at the November 1 Taste of The Beach After Dark event will enjoy an unprecedented combination of food, wine, signature cocktails and show beverage mixology. Gulf Place on Scenic 30A will provide a beautiful and stunning setting for this special event. Guests will enjoy enjoying magnificent cocktail concoctions, amazing local cuisine and spectacular desserts, all while enjoying live music in a mesmerizing venue!

Saturday, November 2
Seeing Red Wine Festival in Seaside 1-4 p.m.  $120 per person
The featured Seeing Red Wine Festival event is an afternoon of wine, food and music in the beautiful town of Seaside, Florida. Explore, sample and expand your knowledge about the latest trends in wine from aficionados who are waiting to meet and educate you. And new to the Festival this year, guests can enjoy the “Savor South Walton Culinary Demonstration Stage” with special chef demos throughout the event, as well as sample some of the most superb hors d’oeuvres prepared by local restaurateurs. Plus, don’t miss live music scattered throughout town to entertain guests during the tasting.

Sunday, November 3
Taste of The Beach & Charity Auction
Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa 2-5 p.m.  $35 per person
Taste of The Beach & Charity Auction is the grand finale held on the Sandestin Hilton pool deck. Enjoy live music, cuisine from area's top restaurants and world-class wines. Guests may bid on silent auction items including rare wine and exciting trips with all proceeds to benefit local charities. 

Taste of The Beach is a collaboration between the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce and Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF). Patrons can choose to attend any or all of the five individually-priced events to experience an impressive array of offerings, with the majority of proceeds from ticket sales and charity auction benefiting local charities that help to improve and enhance the lives of underprivileged and at-risk children in Northwest Florida.
