Can't go westbound past Don Bishop on 98 detour on 30A and east bound down to one lane. Anyone know what's going on?

Traffic is being rerouted down Chat Holley following the crash at 331/98. All southbound lanes of 331 are blocked.
Westbound lanes of Highway 98 are shut down near Don Bishop.
Please use caution in these areas as first responders work the scenes.

The hit-and-run crash happened near Don Bishop Road and Highway 98 around 7 p.m.
The 44-year-old man was traveling west on his bike on U.S. Highway 98 when he was hit by an unknown vehicle going in the same direction.
The vehicle kept going and left the scene. The man died from his injuries.
At this time, FHP has no known witnesses to the crash or suspect information.
The suspect vehicle may have white transfer paint on the front right corner, or right side damage.
