Tourist Development Tax collection for June 2026

Tourist Development Tax collection showed a 7.35% increase in South Walton for June 2026 compared with the previous year. Total collections for June in South Walton were $11,945,791.53. FY26 YTD (Oct-June) South Walton is up 10.91% in TDT collections.

TDT collection on short-term rental accommodations north of the Choctawhatchee Bay totaled $41,993.48 for June 2026. Collections for June in North Walton represent a 10.53% increase, or $2,667.42, compared with the previous year. FY26 YTD (Oct-June) North Walton is up 1.88% in TDT collections.


As of Aug. 12, the number of active rental units in the South Walton taxing district was 19,470, and the North Walton taxing district was 823 for a total of 20,293.
