Yesterday in Gulf Trace two bulldozers beach scraped to reinforce the already existing man-made dunes. The two bulldozers appeared to belong to South Walton county. Today, a private bulldozer under the direction of Mr. Ray moved the sand under two of his properties. Is that the purpose of the man-made dunes? We were told that this will continue for the rest of this week. But it appears that, so far, he is only using the man-made dunes to fortify his own properties. What's up? :idontno:
