Do any of you have any info, opinions, experience about 7 Palms Seagrove Townhouses formerly Ramsgate? We got a townhouse on eBay for Memorial Week on Pelican Circle. 7 townhome unit Gulfview, also listed as Seacrest Beach right next to Deer Lake Park?

Thanks in advance for your input!
